terms and conditions governing this site,

conditions before using or purchasing any products from this
site. Orders and Return Policy Plank Skateboards® reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. At this time we are only shipping to USA, Canada and United Kingdom. Purchase requests to addresses outside the United States cannot be filled without prior approval by Plank Skateboards®. Purchases from Canada and UK must be paid from a paypal verified account and must be shipped to a confirmed address. Any orders placed outside the 48 states within the USA are insured up to the allowable amount by the USPS. Should an order be lost, Plank Skateboards® will reimburse the amount refundable by the USPS up to the insured amount, but it might be less depending on country being sent to. Please note this may be less than amount of purchase. It is up to the buyer to understand what their reimbursable amount is unless it is shipped by UPS or DHL at the buyers expense. All of Plank Skateboards® products are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for 30 days from date of purchase. All products may be returned to Plank Skateboards® for a refund within 30 days of invoice if there is a manufacturer defect. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RAN#). All returns must pre-approved and shipped by a trackable and insurable shipping method. All refunds for non-defective items exclude shipping and handling charges and will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Credits will be issued within 2 weeks after the item has been inspected and returned to Plank Skateboards®. PRODUCT AND PRICING INFORMATION Although Plank Skateboards® has made every effort to display the products and their colors as accurately as possible Plank Skateboards® cannot guarantee that the user's monitor will accurately portray the actual colors of the products. Products displayed may be out-of-stock or discontinued, and prices in U.S. dollars are subject to change. Plank Skateboards® is not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter. Purchases are subject to applicable taxes to be paid by the purchaser, and do not include shipping and handling. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of all Products sold: You agree by purchasing any of these products that the sole and maximum amount of liability to Plank Skateboards® will be the actual price of the item purchased. Under NO circumstances shall Plank Skateboards®, its members, employees or representatives be liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages related to products sold. Skateboarding is a known hazardous sport, by purchasing from this site or from one of our retailers you accept all liability and responsibility for any injury or property damage that may result from use of any of these products sold. We recommend that you always wear safety gear. Trademarks and Ownership Plank Skateboards®, is a federally registered trademark. The use of the term "Plank" or "Planks" associated with Skateboards, specifically with the goods and services of hardwood skateboards is an infringement on our trademark and will be severely dealt with. It’s brand logo, and Skull and Crossboards Jolly Rider logo are the sole property of Plank Skateboards®. They may not be copied, downloaded or redistributed. Plank Skateboards® owns all of the site, and it is the seller of all merchandise purchased through this site. Plank Skateboards® owns or has rights to all of the content of the site including icons, characters, artwork, images, graphics, music, software and all code. The Content and Code of the Sites are protected by copyright. Hard copies of the web pages may be printed with respect to products offered and orders placed. All other use is prohibited without the prior written agreement of Plank Skateboards®. You may not use the Content or Code from the Site for any purpose other than those set forth above.
